東芝は2011年5月9日、2010年度(2010年4月から2011年3月まで)の決算を発表した。
連結売上高は6兆3,985億円、営業利益は2,403億円、当期純利益は1,378億円となり、前年度の赤字から黒字に転換した。
パソコン事業の売上高は日本、アジア、米国で販売台数が15%伸びたため、前年度比103%の9,174億円、営業利益は101億円。2011年度は売上げ1兆円、営業利益90億円を見込む。
