シャープは2013年5月14日、ノートパソコン用のIGZO液晶パネル3タイプの生産を開始することを発表した。
1月に13.3型の生産を開始していたが、11.6、14、15.6型の3タイプを6月から生産開始する。
14型は262ppiとなり、ノートパソコンとしては最も高精細の液晶パネルとなる。
