レノボは2014年5月14日、自社のレノボ・スマートセンター内に置いていたAndroidタブレットのサービス・修理窓口を、NECパーソナルコンピュータ内に移管することを発表した。
2014年5月以降に発表するレノボのAndroid OS搭載タブレットはNECパーソナルコンピュータ群馬事業所内に新設する「レノボ・サポート タブレット窓口」で対応する。
サービス窓口をNECが担当することで、修理品質の向上や納期改善を目指す。

By NEC is responsible for service representative, with the aim of improving delivery times and improve quality of repair.
