Microsoftは2018年2月23日、Windows 10の2018年春に提供される予定のRS4(Red Stone 4)の最新版をリリースした。
Build 17107で前回の17101からの大きな新機能はなく、バグ修正などが主となる。
今回のビルドでの大きな変更点としてはWindows Updateの仕様の変更がある。
it will prevent the PC from going to sleep when it is not in active use, for up to 2 hours when receiving an update in order to give Windows Update more opportunity to succeed.
アップデートがある際に、PCがスリープになる事を防ぎ、よりアップデートを確実に実行できるようになる。
不都合の修正も多いが、既知の問題もいくつか残されており、まだ何度かのアップデートは提供されるようだ。
